Are there any price/weight restrictions?
We only accept items expected to sell for $25 or more. Items must weigh less than 150 lbs. and measure less than 130 inches in girth. To calculate girth, add the two smallest sides of an item, multiply by 2, and then add the length of the largest side.
What if my item doesn't sell?
We will automatically re-list it after the initial 7-day auction unless you request otherwise. If you do not wish to re-list it or if it doesn't sell during the second auction, you must pick up the item within 10 days after we notify you that the item didn't sell, or we will donate it to charity.
What if I have several items under $25 in value?
We can combine several similar items into one auction lot if they can be listed under the same eBay category. For example, several CDs or several books can be listed together if their combined value exceeds $25.
Who pays for the shipping?
The buyer pays for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.
How can I tell if my item is worth $25.00?
Our eBay experts can help you determine if your items are worth more than $25 on eBay. You can call one of our sales representatives at 616-886-1352 for more information.

What items cannot be sold on eBay?
eBay prohibits the sale of certain items, and we do not accept those items for sale. For a complete listing, please consult eBay's Prohibited and Restricted Items.
Will I have to set-up an eBay or Paypal account?
No. We manage both the auction and collecting payment to ensure your privacy.
What if a potential buyer has a question about my item?
We answer buyers' questions via email during normal business hours. If there is a question we can't answer, we will contact you. We never give your contact information to potential buyers.
Why is it important to have a good buyer feedback rating?
The buyer feedback rating lets potential buyers gauge a seller's reliability. It's just one of the checks and balances built into the eBay system. Auction 2 Go strives to maintain a very high feedback rating, so potential buyers can feel confident buying from us.
Will I be able to see the listing on eBay?
Yes. When your item has been listed we will send you an e-mail with a link to your auction on eBay.
What if the buyer never sends payment?
We won't ship your item until we receive payment. In the event that payment isn't received in the allotted time, we will contact the second place bidder or automatically re-list the item if necessary. If this occurs, we will contact you and let you know.
How much will my item sell for?
eBay's greatest strength is that it is the world's largest market place. The market will determine what your item is worth. While we do not predict selling prices for individual items, we can let you know what similar items are selling for on eBay.
What if I want my item to sell for a higher price than bidders are bidding?
Once an auction starts, the terms of the auction can't be changed. If you are concerned about protecting your investment, you may want to use our Price Protection Plan which allows you to set a reserve (or minimum) sales price.
